Lineup Announced For 2014 Rock Fest

This year marks the 21th aniversary of the first Rock Fest in 1994. Taking place in Cadott, Wisconsin Rock Fest boasts one of the best lineups of any rock and roll festival in the country this summer and offers plenty of campsites available for RVs to come to. Unlike most festivals which operate on a two or three day schedule Rock Fest is a four day festival beginning on Thursday, July 17th and running through the 20th. This years lineup will be their biggest yet as it will feature Sammy Hagar, Five Finger Death Punch, Aerosmith and another act yet to be announced as the headliners for the festival. Overall Rock Fest is one of the most modestly priced festivals in the country as a four day pass will only run you $155 or less than $40 a day and is one of the very few that offer children’s Rock Fest tickets which are going for just $87.50 for a four day pass.

The first day of Rock Fest will have one band that was there at the very first one back in 1994, REO Speedwagon who will be playing on stage right before Sammy Hagar closes out the first day. On Friday Rock Fest has its first full day of music with the band Fully Loaded kicking off the action packed day at noon. As we make our way through the day eventually at 7 pm Sick Puppies takes the stage to begin the night portion of the show and while the band playing after them is yet to be determined Five Finger Death Punch finishes the night off strong for over 12+ hours of great rock music to head into day three of Rock Fest.

Saturday is the only full day with a completely announced lineup and is the best day of music from start to finish and also has the most expensive single day ticket at $95 (Childrens $47.50), to be more than 20% above the other days single ticket price of $77.50 (Childrens $43.50). Strange Daze opens up day three of Rock Fest and consists of a great string of acts to end the night starting with Live and then going to Cheap Trick followed by Aerosmith capping off the night. The final day of Rock Fest has its last two acts of the day yet to be announced but still features bands like P.O.D. and Redlight King as the daytime acts. In all Rock Fest is one of the best festivals pricewise and has an outstanding lineup of any in the country and you should be sure to get your ticket today before its too late.
