   What on God’s green earth do the Knicks have to lose by signing AI? The team is abtesuloly awful. I am a Knicks die hard and I CAN’T sit through this garbage any longer. I have been a fan for a long time and this is by far the worst team we have ever had. Even the teams of the early 80 s, pre Patrick, were not this bad. I’m not complaining about that so much. This is the price we have to pay to clear up the salary cap situation, I understand that. But, if a guy like AI, who will help this team, is there for a short term rental, why not take him? It’s only for the rest of this season and it would at least be interesting to watch. For damn sure it can’t be worse than what we are looking at now.
