   Based on what I’ve read so far there are a few problems. The poetitnal is for assault and discharge of a firearm inside the city limits. Those are misdemeanors. The biggest problem , if all is true, is according to what I’ve read no firearm was found at the scene. This gives rise to poetitnal obstruction of justice and interfering with a police investigation. We’re approaching felony territory.In the end you have to agree with Calico. Regardless of circumstances, McClain showed extremely poor judgment. Even if he was provoked. Since it’s reported the alleged victim was a friend, was he upset that McClain wasn’t spreading the wealth? All types of scenarios come to mind, but it all boils down to judgment.The larger question that I haven’t heard being broached is why was he in Alabama and not practicing with the team if he is expected to play on Sunday? I’m reasonably sure he had to have the team’s permission to be absent.H
